Type of Information we collect
We must receive or collect some information to operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support our Services, including when you handle your device or use our consulting or other services.
The type of information we receive and collect depend on how you use our Services. We require certain information to deliver our services and without this we will not be able to provide our Services to you. For example, you must handle your hard disk with the encrypted data to be able to work on decrypting it (This goes for the Ransomware recovery service). Another example: You should give us your username for “Lost access to accounts” service to be able to start recovering your accounts.
While using our service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information data are encrypted, stored offline and only accessible when needed. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:
- Email Addresses
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Full Address
- Hashed copy of your Data (know more about hashed data)
- Official ID
- Your Face Picture
- Devices’ Serial Number
Type of Information we don’t collect
Although we might have access to private information like your pictures, messages, emails and any other data, we don’t store ANY of your recovered/sent personal data.
Wether it’s a data we recovered or it’s a data sent by you (username, password, screenshot, picture, video, voice notes, text messages, emails…), we don’t store these data on our servers. All your critical personal information that aren’t part of the “Personally Identifiable Information” are deleted from our system immediately after finishing the service. We delete all the WhatsApp conversation, text message, media, username … containing critical personal information. We keep a hashed copy of each of the critical personal information stored on our offline servers.
BACKUP YOUR DATA
We’re not responsible of any damages that might happen to your data while recovering it or why performing any of our services. When you handle your device or subscribe to our service, you agree and admit that you already backed up your data and we’re not responsible of any data loss that might occur.
This policy might be updated without notifying the clients, when you use our services you agree to this policy and all future updates.
